Join the Artisan butcher's from Dolce Vita in this first time class. A very special and intimate class where you will learn where your meat comes from, its traceability, importance of sustainability and special techniques used.


During the class you will learn how to:

  • De-bone and prepare a leg of Lamb
  • Learn the Butcher's knot tie
  • Tie and truss roast
  • Slicing technique
  • Filleting

From the class you will get to take home:

  • Leg of Lamb prepared
  • Steaks sliced
  • Pork tenderloin filleted
  • Dolce vita apron and bag
  • Butchers knife
  • You will also receive a 10% discount on goods purchased on the night of the class.
