Our in house Chef will be back in the kitchen for another pasta class, only this time it has been stepped up a notch. For those who have a general idea of how to make fresh pasta, this class is designed to stretch your repertoire a little further.
In this class you will be shown to produce your very own:
Spinach Ravioli - Fresh green spinach pasta filled with a special ricotta filling burnt butter and sage sauce.
Tortellini with a traditonal meat filling served with a quick and easy sauce
Uovo in Raviolo Our chef will demonstrate this all time classic a large Raviolo with truffle ricotta and an oozy egg centre.
At the conclusion you'll be invited with fork in hand, enjoy the spoils of your labor.
