For an intimate hands-on experience with the house Master Butchers and Small Goods Makers of Pino's dolce vita. You will spend 3 hourse immersed in the art of sausage making, learning about the preparation of the meat, fat and seasoning.
This is a hands on class, so you'll be preparing, hand dicing and filling your own delicious gourmet sauages.
Each student will take home a Dolce Vita Carry bag, Dolce Vita Apron, 1kg of their choice of sausages and a butcher's Knife. You will also recieve 10% off on any purchase on the night of the class.
